What this site collects, and what it does not.
Kolm Shield (Pty) Ltd (registration 2025/591802/07), of Cape Town, South Africa, is the responsible party for personal information processed through this website, under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
This website
The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and loads nothing from third-party servers. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, time and page requested, which are used only to operate and secure the site and are kept for a limited period. The hosting provider may process these logs outside South Africa, under safeguards consistent with POPIA.
When you write to us
If you email us, we keep your name, contact details and what you tell us, so that we can reply and manage any relationship that follows. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we share it only with advisers bound by confidentiality, or where the law requires it. We keep it only as long as it is needed for that purpose.
Your rights
- to ask whether we hold personal information about you, and for a copy of it;
- to ask us to correct or delete it;
- to object to its processing;
- to complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa), at inforegulator.org.za.
